Food Service Supervisor

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategies to achieve work schedules effectively.
    • Oversee and coordinate the tasks of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning.
    • Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
    • Assess the quantity of ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
    • Recruit food service personnel as needed.
    • Ensure that both food quality and service adhere to established standards.
    • Prepare financial plans and cost projections.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
    • Compile food order summaries for the culinary team.
    • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
    • Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
    • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
  • Employment Type: This position is permanent.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
