Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
  • Prepare and present detailed reports as required
  • Supervise the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure efficiency
