Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Expect a lively atmosphere with some noise and distinct aromas typical of a bustling restaurant.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that both food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Compile and submit operational reports as needed.
  • Prepare summaries of food orders for the head chef.
  • Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
