Position Overview

White'N Green Inc. is seeking a dedicated Landscape Operations Supervisor to oversee our grounds maintenance and landscape construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our landscaping services.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule work activities for the team.
  • Direct and manage grounds maintenance operations.
  • Estimate labor and material needs for projects.
  • Supervise landscape construction efforts, ensuring adherence to plans.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.

Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with chain saws, pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, sod cutters, and tractor mowers is essential.
Travel and Transportation

A vehicle will be provided by the employer for work-related travel.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads.
