Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team at SearchLabs. As a trusted business partner, we enable client success through the adoption of information technology.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work closely with executives within the managed client's organization to provide solutions by thoroughly understanding their business and technology needs. This person will collaborate with and advise the managed clients, performing functions similar to a conventional Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients
  • Plan and manage IT budgets and identify business risks
  • Make data-driven recommendations to client decision-makers
  • Optimize business processes and facilitate technological improvements
  • Work with internal teams to create and update technical standards
Requirements
  • University-level degree in computer science, information sciences, or related field
  • Three to five years of experience in client-facing technology sales or consultative roles
  • Three to six years' experience in system administration and/or tier 3 technical support
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably technology sales
  • Experience in IT budgeting and cost analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
