Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and analyzing and summarizing legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough legal research and provide expert advice to clients
- Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Analyze and summarize complex legal documentation, including regulations and laws
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel to resolve legal issues
- Support attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client matters and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficiency in Safety Standards and familiarity with Safety Guidelines
- Basic understanding of Safety Inspections and experience with Safety Programs
- Desired background in Document Review and preferred experience in Safety Audits
- Outstanding academic qualifications and references
- Licensed attorney with a strong understanding of Canadian law
