Role Summary

In the capacity of an Event Server, your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of event spaces and executing various event-related tasks. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. A solid understanding of menu offerings will be essential to assist guests effectively.

Primary Duties

  • Set up and maintain event areas
  • Familiarity with event menu selections
  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries
  • Serve food and beverages to attendees
  • Clear tables and oversee food presentation
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a serving role (preferred)
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Capability to perform efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
