Job Summary

The Event Server will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events at our venue. This includes assisting in the preparation and setup of the event space, delivering food and beverages to guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of the area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of our menu items, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of event spaces to ensure a polished and professional atmosphere.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to their requests, delivering food and beverages in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required to support the success of our events.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart Serve Certificate is a requirement.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
