Event Server

Join our team as an Event Server and be part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As an Event Server, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, from setup to cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of event spaces to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to guest requests and providing a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.
  • Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses from tables and return them to the dish area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Management team to deliver food and beverage to the appropriate tables as directed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year serving experience (preferably in a high-volume environment).
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement for this role.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
