Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage merchandise returns.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
  • Coordinate activities among team members and volunteers.

  • Conduct training to foster an inclusive work environment for individuals with disabilities.
For Newcomers and Refugees
  • Engage in community programs that assist newcomers and refugees.
  • Help address immediate settlement needs such as housing and transportation.
