About the Role

Pick Quick Retail Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Setting: Urban retail business with a focus on excellent customer service.
