Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Engaging Training Programs: Develop and implement effective training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees, using a range of learning methods, including instructor-led, eLearning, job aids, virtual, assessments, and infographics.
- Conduct Needs Analysis and Prioritize Training Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis surveys to identify training gaps and prioritize training needs for individuals across all Firm roles, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to support the creation of high-quality content and ensure that our training programs are aligned with our strategic goals.
- Apply Creative Thinking and Change Management Principles: Use creative thinking and change management principles to develop innovative solutions to problems and drive business results.
- Support the Sourcing and Implementation of Learning Management Systems: Assist in the sourcing, implementation, and maintenance of a Learning Management System, as well as other tools or platforms, to drive the execution of our strategic goals.
- Develop and Maintain a Strong Interpersonal Network: Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity by developing and maintaining a strong interpersonal network within Fengate, as a culture champion of the HR team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Related Field: A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required, with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or the equivalent being an asset.
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Human Resources: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with experience in learning and development, is required.
- Proven Knowledge and Application of Adult Learning Principles: Proven knowledge and application of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies are essential.
- Skillful in Communicating with and Influencing Stakeholders: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Experience Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
