About the Role

As a Director, Learning Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner with business partners, subject matter experts, and learning teams to understand business goals to influence and drive learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals across lines of business, programs, and/or functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources and propose learning tools, resources, and methodologies to deliver optimal solutions based on business needs.
  • Manage consistent learning processes, procedures, and standards with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Influence and implement actionable curriculum development which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Review learning team member projects.
  • Manage, negotiate, and maintain vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Recommend structured methodologies and lead change management activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with writing and developing learning resources.
  • Experience leading and managing complex projects.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop team members in upskilling project management skills.
  • Six years' experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
