Director Partner Management

At The Institute for Performance and Learning, we're passionate about empowering our employees to drive business success. As a Director Partner Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping our learning and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage consistent learning processes, procedures, and standards, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
  • Influence and implement actionable curriculum development, including planning, designing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Review learning team member projects and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage, negotiate, and maintain vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Recommend structured methodologies and lead change management activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with writing and developing learning resources.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop team members in upskilling project management skills.
  • At least six years' experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
