LEAD PROGRAM INTEGRATION SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Take charge in liaising with Corridor Leads and their respective teams at the Program Level, alongside Functional Teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist multiple Project and Program teams throughout various stages of the delivery Life Cycle.
- Oversee the tracking and reporting of progress at the Program level.
- Accountable for nurturing and sustaining senior-level client relationships.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues at the Program level that may affect delivery timelines.
- Assess and implement best practice policies, processes, and procedures aligned with the established Program delivery framework.
- Review current practices and establish industry-leading processes.
- Encourage collaboration and foster strong relationships.
Technical Management Proficiency
- Skilled in identifying and analyzing risks associated with Projects, Programs, and Business operations.
- Expertise in establishing effective project control systems and procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction technologies, planning, execution, and site logistics.
- Proficient in monitoring and reporting on Program-level progress, ensuring optimal resource utilization across the program.
- Knowledgeable about various Contractual, Commercial, and Governance procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities to maintain accurate data and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies opportunities for innovation and enhancements in existing practices.
Leadership & Behavioral Attributes
- Exhibit senior leadership qualities and core competencies at an advanced level.
- Ability to engage and inspire others, serving as a role model.
- Capacity to foresee and evaluate key risks and opportunities available to the Program to ensure the achievement of the core vision.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills at the program manager level to guide and motivate teams in delivering high-risk, complex projects/programs.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of planning and project management methodologies.
- Deep awareness of safety considerations in operational/project delivery settings.
- Strong understanding of contractual matters within a project context.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in one or more specific areas of Program, Project, or Commercial Management.
