Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Technology and Operations division, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of our Workday integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with HR teams, senior stakeholders, business management, QA, developers, and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful completion of Workday integration projects.
  • Assess and analyze integration requirements, current state environments, and technology platforms to define and propose solutions that meet functional integration needs across the Workday ecosystem.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using various integration product technologies and tools.
  • Build strong relationships with business and functional teams by participating in workshops, eliciting their needs, and understanding their wants.
  • Identify technical issues and risks, and define mitigation approaches in collaboration with delivery and operations teams.
  • Work with impacted/dependent groups to coordinate integration across systems.
  • Participate in detailed design sessions to identify, track, and resolve issues related to integration design and build.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and new functionalities in areas related to Workday integration and other domains.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Ecosystem.
  • Workday Implementation and Support Experience.
  • Lead team of Integration Developers in the past.
