Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PeopleSoft Integration Specialist to join our team at York University. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating integration efforts between our PeopleSoft systems and other internal and/or external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange
  • Design and implement complex integrations using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Application Engine
  • Collaborate with internal clients, systems analysts, database administrators, and other IT teams to understand application functionality and support business processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
  • Leverage expertise in PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web-services, SOAP, and WSDL to integrate applications with various formats
  • Provide technical instruction and training to team members and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, including HCM and FSCM, with a strong background in PeopleTools or higher
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft application development tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, BI Publisher, SQR, and Fluid UI
  • Experience integrating applications with flat-file (CSV), XML, and SOAP formats
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and develop/maintain productive business relationships
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
