Position Overview

TMF Canada Inc. is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management and assurance standards.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to existing methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Operational Planning: Strategize the re-organization of operations to improve overall performance.
  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of effective communication strategies.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Financial Oversight: Plan and control budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Contract Management: Tender, administer, and manage contracts, including negotiations.
Work Environment

This role is situated within a consulting firm that operates in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), and Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++).
