Position Overview

TMF Canada Inc. is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant to enhance our operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role offers a permanent position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, and requires a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will operate within a consulting firm environment, focusing on financial management and general office operations. Please note that relocation costs will not be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and uphold quality management and assurance standards.
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Strategize the reorganization of operations to optimize performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Oversee the development of effective communication strategies.
  • Manage knowledge resources effectively.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.
  • Administer contracts and tenders with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive information to clients.
  • Utilize marketing strategies and sales techniques to promote products and services.
  • Prepare budgets while monitoring revenues and expenses.
  • Negotiate and manage business contracts.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have no supervisory responsibilities but must possess a strong knowledge of various software tools including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.

Experience and Specialization

Experience in project coordination, contract management, and various areas of business management is essential. Specializations in process improvement, organizational analysis, and operations management will be highly regarded.
