Your Responsibilities

As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office through various administrative functions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and will direct them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.

Daily Tasks

Deliver outstanding customer service and reception duties Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing in accordance with auditing standards Assist with addressing internal and external account requirements Manage crop input transactions, including inventory control participation Support Safety/HACCP documentation efforts Handle general office tasks, including supply management Collaborate with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in an office, clerical, or administrative capacity Familiarity with or prior experience in the agricultural sector Post-secondary education in administration or agriculture is an asset Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail with a proven capacity to multitask Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Application Suite To learn more about this opportunity, please visit our website.
