Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Private Wealth Management team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist Portfolio Managers in preparing for client meetings, arranging required documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level organization for your designated branch, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Craft reports for analysis of client accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead Management: Accept and create leads, ensuring administrative documentation and lead coding are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Prioritize and handle your own workload to meet service level agreements requirements for service and productivity.
  • Risk Management: Ensure all necessary due diligence to support the accuracy and compliance of all customer transactions and activities, raising issues where appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate fully as a member of the team, suggesting improvements and supporting a positive work environment that promotes service to clients, colleagues, partners, the business, and Bank.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other industry-related courses considered an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
