Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at City Cannabis Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure adequate coverage
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Order and manage inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Co-ordinate activities of sales staff and ensure a smooth shopping experience
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership and team management skills
