We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at City Cannabis Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide excellent customer service
- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure adequate coverage
- Hire and train new staff members
- Order and manage inventory
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Co-ordinate activities of sales staff and ensure a smooth shopping experience
- 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team management skills
