Job Summary

Vivreau is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and directing staff, planning and directing research, and developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and direct research to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer needs.
  • Develop and implement service quality assessment strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
