Customer Service Manager

At Vivreau, we are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Manager to join our team. As a Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Plan and direct research to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments to ensure efficient operations.
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations to promote our brand and services.
- Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
