Position Overview

We are seeking a Mobility Equipment Service Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate listener, an inquisitive problem solver, and someone who genuinely enjoys assisting others.

Key Responsibilities

Our clients rely on us to ensure their mobility devices are safe and functioning optimally. In this role, you will take ownership of various tasks, including:

  • Diagnose and Repair: You will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing custom mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and elevating devices. Your tasks will include:
    • Creating service orders and quotes.
    • Assessing and troubleshooting client issues.
    • Performing repairs on-site and in-store.
    • Addressing electrical system repairs within mobility devices.
    • Programming and setting up basic mobility equipment.
    • Installing and repairing elevating solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: As a representative of CB Canada, you will provide outstanding service and build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: You will travel to client locations and facilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    • Previous experience in customer service.
    • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and mechanical repairs.
    • Knowledge of mobility products is a plus.
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy: You must be able to understand and respond to our clients' needs with professionalism and compassion.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; travel to client sites is required.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
