We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Education - Instructional Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of instructional programs and services across our 151 schools, working closely with the Director of Education and the Executive Council.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Catholic education, with experience in leadership and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Supervisory Officers to develop and implement instructional programs and services
- Collaborating with corporate and instructional areas to achieve the system strategic plan
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with parishes, trustees, and education partners
- Providing guidance and support to schools on instructional matters
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional programs and services
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively with all employee groups to create an exceptional learning community.
