We are seeking highly qualified candidates for Sessional Instructional Assistant positions in the Institute of Communication Culture Information and Technology at the University of Toronto.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of instructional sessions, maintaining scheduled office hours, and grading assignments. The mode of instruction for the courses is in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-person tutorials and maintaining scheduled office hours
- Grading assignments and providing feedback to students
- Assisting with clerical duties and other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Must have completed formal education/experience specific to the subject area
- Must be familiar with Quercus
- Demonstrated teaching excellence and advanced technological skills are required

The rate of pay for a Sessional Instructional Assistant (SIA) is $52.26 per hour in accordance with CUPE 3902, Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
