The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality educational programs and courses that meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials for academic programs and courses
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop educational content
- Ensure curriculum and instructional materials meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide instructional support to faculty and staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and project management skills
