Spécialiste Service Client/Customer Service Specialist

Mission et Objectifs
Bel, une entreprise leader dans l'alimentation saine et responsable, recherche un Spécialiste Service Client pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion de commandes. Le titulaire de ce poste sera chargé de traiter et de contrôler les commandes clients, en garantissant la conformité aux spécificités des comptes clients.
Responsabilités
- Traiter et contrôler les commandes clients (reçues principalement via EDI) tout en garantissant la conformité aux spécificités des comptes clients dont vous aurez la responsabilité.
- S'assurer de la cohérence des commandes par rapport aux prévisions de ventes tout en assurant le suivi des opérations commerciales et marketing.
- Déterminer les commandes d'approvisionnements (produit, quantité, date et lieu de livraison) afin de maintenir le niveau de stock adéquat pour garantir la bonne exécution des activités commerciales et Marketing et atteindre les objectifs de ventes.
- Analyser le stock en identifiant les produits ayant une faible, moyenne et/ ou forte rotation afin de déterminer le bon niveau de commandes d'approvisionnements et optimiser la rotation d'inventaire tout en respectant les Délais Garantis Client (DGC) préalablement défini.
- Traiter les litiges qui pourraient intervenir lors du traitement d'une commande et/ou pendant le processus Order to Cash.
- Être force de proposition et trouver des solutions adéquates en cas d'aléas avec les clients, en adéquation avec les objectifs de Bel.
- Analyser, piloter l'activité des clients au travers d'un tableau de bord (CSL, coût Supply Chain, etc.) et proposer des plans d'action afin d'améliorer la performance.
- Coordonner les initiatives du département Supply Chain directement avec les clients dans le cadre d'une Gestion Partagée des Approvisionnements (GPA / VMI en anglais).
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié en interne des départements Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Juridique et Règlementation afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes et optimiser les coûts Supply Chain.
Compétences et Qualifications
- CEGEP, Baccalauréat idéalement, avec une expérience dans un poste similaire d'au moins 3 ans.
- Compétences Supply Chain & Order to Cash : maîtrise des standards administration de ventes et logistique ainsi que des contraintes règlementaires.
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques : SAP sur le périmètre order to cash, Microsoft Office particulièrement Excel & PPT.
- Autonomie et force de proposition, forte capacité à sortir du cadre.
- Capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches en même temps dans un environnement à grand volume et au rythme rapide, souvent dans des délais serrés.
- Aisance relationnelle au téléphone et en situation conflictuelle ou tendue (ruptures, litiges, pression sur le temps ou sur les enjeux business...)
- Bilingue tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (français et anglais).
