Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication
- Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative staff.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Term
- Permanent.

- Hours
- 40 hours per week.
