Job Summary

SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative staff.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
