Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at G. Central Market Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales and inventory discrepancies.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
