Project Management Assistant

Cineplex Digital Media is looking for a dedicated Project Management Assistant to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to facilitate the effective execution of various projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project deliverables, liaising with stakeholders, and aiding in project planning and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

Organize and maintain project documentation such as timelines, risk assessments, and modification requests. Support the planning and execution of projects across multiple solutions. Conduct both internal and external meetings, compile progress reports, and pinpoint project challenges and risks. Participate in stakeholder discussions and provide suggestions for enhancing processes.

Educational Background & Qualifications

Completion of post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Administration, or Technology. Pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is advantageous.

Professional Experience

1-3 years of experience in supporting cross-functional projects within a collaborative environment. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage intricate data. Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
