Sales and Leasing Senior Manager

Job Summary:

SmartCentres is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Leasing Senior Manager to lead the sales and leasing efforts for our residential developments in the GTA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and directing a high-performing team, driving sales and leasing growth, and delivering innovative results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and leasing centres.
  • Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a talented team of sales and leasing professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agents and brokers.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to ensure effective brand messaging.
  • Provide direction for marketing materials and coordinate production and delivery.
  • Work with internal project teams to advise on project design and maximize purchase value.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or real estate.
  • Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field is an asset.
  • 5+ years of professional sales and/or leasing experience in an active market.
  • A strong professional network of agents and brokers.
  • A passion for developing innovative solutions to marketing problems.
  • An established track record in leading and managing high-performance teams.
