Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing office procedures, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Communication: Greet customers, direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, and time management.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
