Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Caveman Granite And Quartz Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
