Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Management Team in generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Company Standard.
  • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
  • Operate POS systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 17 years old.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
