Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Caveman Granite And Quartz Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
