Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team by providing administrative support and assisting with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
