About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ON TIME CITY LOGISTICS CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and trends.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, shipments, and inventory.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Order Compilation: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Personnel Dispatch: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Shipment Tracking: Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
About the Team

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
