We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Gerdau. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing customer bases and through targeted networking and trade show activities.
- Manage customer needs from end-to-end, including quoting, negotiating pricing and volume, entering and managing pricing agreements, and negotiating and managing customer claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Manager, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer service and product availability.
- Establish forecasts for 2-3 months out based on customer needs and drive revenue growth within the territory.
- Five or more years of sales experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- A degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business with a Sales and Marketing emphasis or Engineering/Material Sciences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
