Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Supervisor at Manila Janitorial involves overseeing the daily operations of cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment

This position is based in a cleaning service company that requires effective management of cleaning personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties when necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 cleaning staff.

Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Engage in repetitive tasks that may be physically demanding.
