About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manila Janitorial. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our clients' facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks
