Your primary focus will be on building and managing a high-performing community team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community programs, and establishing effective feedback mechanisms to ensure a world-class community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a community strategy that aligns with our company goals
* Build and manage a high-performing community team

* Establish effective feedback mechanisms to ensure a world-class community experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in community management, publishing, or social media marketing for large-scale global gaming communities
* Broad general knowledge of different regional community cultures
* Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
