This role as an Assistant Store Operations Leader is positioned within one of the highest-performing retail locations in Canada, known for its substantial customer traffic.

In a vibrant and fast-paced environment, this position is essential for driving alignment and achieving results. You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing retail operations through strategic initiatives and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
# Mentor, coach, and develop sales associates to ensure adherence to sales strategies and operational processes.
# Collaborate with the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and nurturing team members.
# Manage performance improvement plans for underperforming staff.
# Supervise store opening and closing protocols.
# Conduct daily team huddles (morning, midday, evening).
# Analyze sales data and adjust store operations as necessary.
# Oversee inventory management and store supplies.
# Drive sales performance both on the sales floor and through individual contributions.
# Foster a positive workplace culture and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
# Assist in daily store operations, providing customers with wireless products and services.
# Supervise sales associates in areas such as customer service, inventory management, cash handling, and transaction records.
# Coordinate promotional activities and ensure merchandise displays meet audit and advertising standards.
# Ensure compliance with security, sales, and record-keeping protocols.
# Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving monthly targets and sustaining profitability.
# Review and authorize client contracts.
# Prepare and present daily and monthly sales performance reports to management.
# Follow up with sales associates to monitor progress towards sales objectives.
# Manage inventory replenishment and conduct stock assessments as needed.
# Engage with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional initiatives.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships are essential. Flexibility in work schedule is required.
