As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Facilitate access to resources and support for indigenous employees, including cultural competency training and awareness programs.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
