Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at G S Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our executives, including preparing and coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
