- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
