Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to co-ordinate activities, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the security team's operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Be available to start on the advertised start date.
  • Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in a related field of employment.
Work Environment:
  • Language: English
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
