We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at 2789590 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Data Management: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and label, file, and retrieve documents.
  • Office Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate adaptability, collaborative skills, efficiency, integrity, a positive attitude, and a quick learning ability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
