- Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Data Management: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry tasks.
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and label, file, and retrieve documents.
- Office Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate adaptability, collaborative skills, efficiency, integrity, a positive attitude, and a quick learning ability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
