Executive Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Vice President to join our team at Sutton Group Metroland Realty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our business goals and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
- Financial Planning: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
- Creativity: Demonstrate creativity and innovation in marketing strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and success.
- Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Work Hours: Work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
